Submission Information

  • Submitting an abstract indicates a commitment from the presenting author to register for and attend the event if the abstract is accepted.
  • To begin your submission, please create an account and choose a memorable password. You will need these details to access your submission and complete event registration.
  • Enter the abstract title in Title Case (maximum 25 words).
  • Select your preferred presentation format (oral presentation or poster). While the organising committee will consider your preference, the final format allocation will be determined based on programme requirements and availability.
  • Enter all author names and affiliations in the relevant fields.
  • Complete the abstract text and any additional information requested in the submission form.
  • Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Submit your abstract for review.

If all required fields have been completed, you will be able to submit your abstract. Incomplete submissions can be saved as a draft and returned to at a later date.

Once your abstract has been submitted, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email will also contain login information that can be used to update the submission (where permitted) and track its status.
